At Shark Futures, traders can choose between two evaluation paths — Basic or Basic Plus — before progressing to a funded PRO Account. Both evaluation types are priced the same and share the same profit targets, but differ in their risk structure. Choose the path that best fits your trading style.

Basic Evaluation
The Basic account is designed for traders who prefer no daily loss limit and are comfortable managing a consistency requirement.
To pass a Basic Evaluation, traders must:
Reach the required profit target for their account size
Stay within the Trailing Max Drawdown (End of Day)
Maintain a 40% consistency rule — no single day may account for more than 40% of total profit
Trade on at least 2 separate trading days
There is no daily loss limit on Basic accounts. Risk is managed exclusively through the EOD trailing drawdown.
Basic Plus Evaluation
The Basic Plus account is designed for traders who prefer no consistency rule and want the flexibility to trade freely day to day, in exchange for a fixed daily loss limit.
To pass a Basic Plus Evaluation, traders must:
Reach the required profit target for their account size
Stay within the Trailing Max Drawdown (End of Day)
Stay within the Daily Loss Limit for their account size
Trade on at least 2 separate trading days
There is no consistency requirement on Basic Plus accounts.
Which One Should You Choose?
Choose Basic if you trade consistently day-to-day and don't want a daily loss cap
Choose Basic Plus if your results vary significantly day to day and you'd rather manage a fixed daily risk limit than a consistency rule
