Just passed your evaluation? Funded account credentials go out the same day or next day after your KYC is approved (KYC via Veriff takes about 10 minutes). If it has been longer than that and you have completed KYC, something likely stalled on our end.
Either way, if you still do not have your login details:
Confirm the email on file matches what you are checking.
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
