As part of our onboarding process for qualified trader accounts, we cross-verify the name on the payment method with the KYC (Know Your Customer) profile to confirm consistency. This measure is in place to protect against credit card fraud and maintain the integrity of the Shark Futures platform.
Note: If a payment is made using someone else's card to purchase your account, the account will be immediately terminated and you will be permanently banned from the Shark Futures platform. You will not be entitled to any refunds or payouts. We treat fraudulent activity of this nature with the utmost seriousness, and it will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Conditions:
The name on the payment method must match the name registered on your account.
The billing address on the card must match the address provided during registration.
Any fraudulent use of a payment method will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Shark Futures platform.
Chargebacks and any other manipulative financial practices will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban from the Shark Futures platform.
