At Shark Futures, we want to be fully transparent about our refund policy. Below is a clear outline of our terms.
All Sales Are Final
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once a purchase is completed. This includes cases where a customer selects the wrong account type, changes their mind, or no longer wishes to proceed. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they intended to make it and agrees to this no-refund policy.
This is because we incur broker and infrastructure costs immediately upon setting up an account on your behalf, regardless of whether the account is used.
Can I switch my platform or get a refund after purchase?
Once an account has been purchased and credentials have been issued, we are unable to offer refunds or platform switches.
This applies to all account types, including requests to switch from Volumetrica to TradeSea or any other platform.
The reason is straightforward — when you purchase an account, we immediately incur broker and infrastructure fees to set it up on your behalf. These costs are non-recoverable regardless of whether you trade on the account or not.
What you can do:
If you have not yet started trading, you may purchase a new account on your preferred platform
Both Volumetrica and TradeSea are available to all traders — you can use either platform with your existing credentials by checking your dashboard
If you are experiencing technical issues with your current platform, contact our support team and we will do our best to help
Acceptance of this Policy By following the refund eligibility guidelines and carefully reviewing account options, traders can ensure compliance with Shark Futures' refund policy and minimize the risk of errors.
It is the trader's responsibility to review and understand this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, form part of the trader's contract with us for purchasing Shark Futures Evaluations. By placing an order for a Shark Futures Evaluation, the trader confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy. Traders who do not agree with these terms are not permitted to place an order with Shark Futures. To avoid issues with refunds or account selection, traders are encouraged to:

Account Cancellation
How to Cancel: To cancel your account, please send an email to [email protected].
Implications of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to all Shark Futures services will be terminated, and no refunds will be provided for any prior payments.
Shark Futures Right to Terminate
Shark Futures reserves the right to terminate accounts and contracts if there are any breaches of our Terms and Conditions (TAC). Such actions may result in account deactivation, forfeiture of funds, and potential restrictions from future services.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the guidelines of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to this, users waive the right to dispute any payments made for services, fostering a secure and equitable environment.
