Inactivity Timeline
Our inactivity policy follows a two-stage process:
25-Day Warning Period
After 25 days of no trading activity, you'll receive an inactivity warning
Warning notifications are sent via email to your registered address
You have an additional 5 days to resume trading activity
No penalties or fees are applied during the warning period
30-Day Account Termination
If no trading activity occurs within 30 days total, your account will be terminated
Account termination results in forfeiture of all account profits
Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated or restored
No refunds are provided for entry fees, activation fees, or other charges
