TL;DR
If your SHARK Futures accounts aren't showing up in Quantower, you almost certainly selected the wrong dxFeed connection.
For SHARK Futures accounts, you must select dxFeed (Prop) — NOT dxFeed.
That's the entire fix for ~80% of "no accounts showing" tickets. Read on for the full setup.
Step-by-step setup
1. Get your credentials
Your dxFeed login is in your SHARK Futures dashboard under Account Details, and was also emailed to you when your account was created.
The credentials are:
Username: typically your email address
Password: auto-generated, case-sensitive
If you can't find the email, the dashboard always has the latest credentials.
2. Open Quantower → Connections manager
In Quantower:
Click the Connections icon in the top toolbar (looks like a small plug)
Click + New connection
From the list, select
dxFeed (Prop)
⚠️ Important: There are two dxFeed entries in the list:
dxFeed— for retail dxFeed customers (won't show your prop accounts)dxFeed (Prop)— for SHARK Futures and other prop firms ✓
If you select the wrong one, you'll connect successfully but no SHARK accounts will appear, and your balance will show as $1,000 (the dxFeed default), not your $50K / $100K / etc.
3. Enter credentials and connect
Username: from your dashboard
Password: paste from the email or dashboard
Click Connect
A green dot next to the connection means you're online.
4. Verify your accounts loaded
In the Account Manager panel (bottom of Quantower):
You should see your SHARK Futures accounts (e.g.,
SKF00074)Balance should match your eval/funded size ($50K, $100K, etc.)
Status should be Active
If accounts don't appear, see troubleshooting below.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials" on dxFeed (Prop)
Passwords are case-sensitive. Copy-paste rather than typing.
The credentials in older emails may be outdated. Always use the dashboard.
If you've reset your password recently, give it 5 minutes to propagate.
Connected but balance shows $1,000
You connected to dxFeed instead of dxFeed (Prop). Remove the connection, add dxFeed (Prop) instead.
"I passed my eval but my funded account isn't showing"
Funded account provisioning takes up to 24 hours after you pass.
If it's been more than 24 hours, open a support ticket — there may be a verification step pending.
Quantower freezes when connecting
Known issue with older Quantower versions. Update to the latest from quantower.com.
Alternative platforms
If Quantower keeps giving you trouble, you can also use:
Volumetrica (web-based, recommended for Mac users) — uses dxFeed under the hood, no separate setup
DeepCharts — coming soon, web-only
ATAS — for advanced order-flow trading
See the full Platforms Overview.
Still stuck?
Drop a screenshot in #open-support-ticket on Discord, or live chat on the dashboard. Common fix is dxFeed (Prop) selection — try that first.
