From Passing to Funded: No Activation Fee
There is no activation fee on PRO or Instant PRO accounts.
KYC (identity verification) is required after your first purchase — most traders complete it right away. Once you pass your evaluation, accounts are upgraded to funded manually, provided your KYC is already approved. There is no separate purchase or activation step.
Timeline
Complete KYC via Sumsub, required after your first purchase and typically takes about 10 minutes.
Pass your evaluation.
Once you've passed (with KYC already approved), your funded account details are issued the same day or the next day.
One thing to set up in advance: your payout account is with Rise. The email you use for Rise must match the email on your Shark Futures account. If you already have a Rise account under the same email, there is nothing else to do. It will link automatically at your first payout request.
Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Your Rise Invitation
Follow the steps above to resolve email conflicts and ensure your Rise invitation is successfully received. If you are not receiving a Rise invitation, it may be due to the email address being set as a recovery email on another Rise account. To resolve this issue:
Log into each Rise account that currently uses the email address as its recovery email.
Navigate to Profile > My Profile.
Update the recovery email to a different address.
Authorize the change using your passkey or wallet.
Check the new recovery email address for a confirmation email to finalize the update. Once the recovery email is updated, the original email address will be free to receive the Rise invitation.
