How do I access TradeSea?
Log in at tradesea.ai using the same email as your SHARK account, then add your trading accounts one by one. No new credentials to request.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, TradeSea includes an exclusive mobile app so you can trade and manage your accounts on the go. Sign in at tradesea.ai with the same email to get set up.
What are AI Nudges, Smart Journal and Session Summaries?
Three features built into TradeSea:
AI Nudges: real-time risk and decision prompts while you trade.
Smart Journal: auto-syncs every trade from your broker, so your log builds itself.
Session Summaries: an automatic review of each session so you can see what worked.
Do I have to switch to TradeSea? Is dxFeed still available?
No switch required. Volumetrica on dxFeed remains fully supported. TradeSea is an additional headline option, use whichever fits your style.
What are the new account types?
We've expanded the lineup, including a new smaller 25K evaluation size and simplified one-time pricing. On the Basic (Challenge) evaluation you can choose the path that suits you:
1-day pass: faster qualification, with a daily loss limit.
3-day pass: no daily loss limit, with a consistency requirement.
